Providing clients with a high level of service based on a strong relationship with an open and honest communications is essential to Kenís business approach.  Buying or Selling, Kenís focus is using her expertise and taking full responsibility to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  Trust is key to any partnership which is taken seriously in building a sound and lasting relationship.  Knowledge of the basic process and procedures is essential but knowing when to get assistance and who to ask is just as important.



Kenís long career in Information Systems Technology affords him several skills to be an effective Realtor.  His educational background and work experiences include computer system operation and maintenance onboard a US Navy Nuclear Submarine, instructor and developer of computer systems hardware and software courses, software development and software systems project management.  These experiences along with supporting educational courses have provided Ken with managerial skills that benefit his clients in supporting real estate transactions.  Kenís experiences amplify his attention to ďkeeping in mind what is important to the clientĒ.

After retiring from 3M Company in 2007, Ken attained his Minnesota Realtors License.  He is a full time Realtor providing services for both home buyers and sellers.  As a member of a Coldwell Banker Burnet Team, he has the backup when required to ensure a continued high level of customer service.  The team consistently receives top sales awards and recently received the top sales team in the Woodbury office. 

Ken makes the difference in finding a home for buyers or selling homes primarily due to his professional work ethics and people skills.  Professional photography, free staging, extensive marketing and software tools are just a few of what Ken can offer.  Ken provides a niche real estate service for larger parcels of land offering clients his experience as an owner of a 10 acre horse hobby farm.  He has developed a comprehensive CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) Report that breaks down the home and land values to produce an accurate property market value.
